Position Details:

The Web Support Specialist is responsible for managing the technology requirements of company's digital presence, including the main Drupal site, various order forms, emails, external social presences, and any future platforms. This includes performing backups, CMS/module updates, theme improvements and upgrades, and drafting current documentation. Web Support Specialist works closely with Digital Media Manager and helps to manage new digital initiatives from ideation to implementation. Works with the staff to optimize file storage and sharing systems for print production workflows and troubleshoot technical issues. The position also coordinates with IT for business and editorial needs throughout the office, as well as with any necessary external vendors relating to web and technology.

Duties and Responsibilities: Work with the staff to ensure the effective use of the Adobe Creative Cloud, web publishing system (Drupal), workstation configurations and other IT tools to enhance online workflows. Provide expertise on matters of usability, user interface, and web analytics. Develop and implement new features to improve online readership and engagement.  Help define and develop technical digital capabilities as organizational needs evolve. Compile web analytics into relevant packages for staff. Work with the Digital Media Manager and Integrated Marketing Manager to identify and leverage new digital marketing practices. Coordinate with IT to manage workstation IT requirements including hardware and software needs. . Maintain necessary uptime for website, even during off hours. 

Requirements:  B.S. and 3-5 years of relevant experience.  Drupal experience a must.  Must have Mac/Adobe environment experience.  This a great opportunity with an exceptional benefits package that includes incredible access to further your education.  Full time role/ 35hr. week.

Pay Scale: 
Up to $70K salary
