Knowledge of forming partnerships is a key skill required in the role. Candidates should have 3yrs+ professional experience in B2B sales and technology services / products. Experience with Drupal and advising enterprise level clients is strongly suggested.
We hope to find a driven, self starter who can lead the way in forming a solid sales and marketing department within the company, able to work alone and with the board utilising all of their available initiative. This department is expected to expand over time with you rising in the organisation as a result.
Knowledge of scaling technology reuse to approach a larger number of leads within a market is advised. For example - the ability to sell a single set of concepts and solutions to dozens of clients all of whom require similar solutions, in order to build once and reuse technology to meet all clients needs.
The ideal candidate will leverage an existing Rolodex of creative agency decision-makers to position SystemSeed as an outsourced partner for relevant software development work with agency clients.
The ideal candidate should either be based in a geographic area with a heavy agency presence or be willing to travel up to 50%.
This is a non-technical role and so there will be no Drupal contributions from this staff member. However, SystemSeed is very active in the community and expects to participate in community contributions as often as possible during client and internal works.
