Palantir’s culture is evident the second you walk in the door. As a distributed team (or some sort of hybrid therein), we also find creative ways to include remote employees in our day-to-day and social evening shenanigans. For those of us in or visiting the Chicago office, we often grab food as a group nearby, facilitate hilarity and absurdity on whiteboards, and even send foam-based projectiles in each others general direction now and again. Heck, we even sit and eat lunch together where more hilarity and interesting conversation transpires.
